submitted by Nate M. - Dec 08, 2020|Recommended: YesMy wife and I really enjoy our apartment and the location is fantastic for her schooling and proximity to my work. — We would say that it is worth the money that you pay for all of the features that we have access to and being in downtown which gives us an opportunity to enjoy all that downtown Madison has to offer.

submitted by Amy D. - Apr 06, 2018|Recommended: YesExactly what I want in an apartment — Great floor plan and amenities laundry on site , and the best property management I've experienced. Note I don't have a car, so I don't know about parking. The reason I gave grounds 4 stars is because of the dip in the sidewalk out front that becomes a lake at times, requiring going through the bushes to get out the front door.
